THE PROCESS

The Process

Building a luxury home is a significant undertaking. This is a collaborative effort between us that involves careful planning and communication. The process typically involves several steps to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. Leaving you with a home that is beautiful, functional, and meets your unique needs and preferences.

Drawings

& Design

Once the proposal has been reviewed and approved by you, we will begin the project's design phase. This typically involves getting the drawings together and working with an architect to create a detailed plan for the home. We will also work with you to select materials and finishes for the home.

Once the plans are finalized, we'll start the process of obtaining any permits and approvals needed.

Construction

We will start by preparing the site and laying the foundation. From there, the framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems will be installed. Finally, the interior finishes, such as paint, flooring, and cabinets, will be added.

Throughout the construction process, we will provide regular updates to you to ensure that you’re satisfied with the progress of your home. We will also conduct regular inspections to ensure that the work is being done to the highest standards.

Completion

At the completion of a home being built, the final steps are taken to ensure the house is ready for occupancy. This includes a thorough inspection to ensure all aspects of the construction meet the building codes and regulations. The inspection covers everything from the foundation, framing, electrical, and plumbing systems to the finishes such as paint and flooring.

Once the inspection passes, the final cleanup of the interior and exterior of the home is done. This includes removing any debris and waste materials from the construction site. After the cleanup, we hand over the keys and you are free to move in and start enjoying your new space.
